Hubby zhu is not in town. He will be back only on Wednesday morning. I miss him so muchy.
He went back to Penang on Saturday night.
On Saturday morning, we went over to Malaysia to buy his bus ticket. Then we went for lunch at City Square. I had tom yam bee hoon and he had mee goreng. It was not very nice, but got 20% off from 12pm to 3pm.
We then walked around and went into a shop. We saw a bean bag sofa and it costed RM298 per piece. We decided to buy 2 and it costed us RM550. RM46 discounted. We had place RM200 as deposit. We will be going back to take the sofa once hubby zhu had successfully convert his licence.
We then went back to Singapore and packed his stuff. Went for dinner and then off he go to take the bus with his brother.
This trip he went back is to bring his mummy to do the grills and to take his 2 years payslips. He also need to bring his car for servicing. The most important t.....

Telling you good news: -- Me and hubby zhu had pay deposit for the 687C house le. Now we are waiting for our HLE to arrive then we can proceed with the appointment.
Now we can only hope HLE can come smoothly.
We had pay $1000 for option fee yesterday night with the accompanied of my daddy and mummy. Last night, when daddy reached home, he wrote a $4K cheque for us to pay for the deposit. Today hubby zhu is going to meet up with the agent, Cleo, and pass her the cheque.
Looking forward to moving in. Also really hope that things will go smooth.
Last friday, I took leave and accompanied hubby zhu to ICA and do his blue IC. He had gotten his IC number already. So nice right?
We then headed down to HDB to do our HLE. At first, the person told us we need the CPF contribution list, but hubby zhu don't have, so he asked us to go up to level 4 and ask the CDC person. In the end the person say must have IC then can help creating SINGPASS. Haizzzz.
We went back to the person @ the HDB counter, he told us to take Queue number and waited. At the counter, right before we proceed with anything, we told the counter person that hubby zhu had just went to do his IC and had no CPF records. Luckily, the person only ask us to photocopy the collection slip of the IC. Then, it was the end of the HLE application. She asked us to wait for 2 to 3 weeks.
How we gotten the house?
At first the house was sold one day before hubby zhu gotten his PR approval. This yesterday at 4pm, the buyer never pay the rest of the deposit, so the deal is consider cancelled.
How much we pay for the house?
The owner at first want it at $17K, but my daddy hold it at $15k. Then we went back to meet the owner and after discussion, we paid $16K above valuation. Altogether is $340K + $16K.

Is today a good day?
Today is a rainy friday. I have a collegue who was having today as his last working day. We went out for lunch with him.
Tomorrow we have an house viewing @ 2pm. It was blk 688c.

Happy Day!!! then upset day!!!
Today is a happy day. My hubby zhu had gotten his approved PR status. Yeah!!! We can start to find house le. Now there is one big problem. Is his car in Penang. If he convert licence, can he still own a car there? I went over to ask my collegue and she say that she will help me to ask Malaysia JPJ.
Btw, I have messaged Cleo, who is our agent to the house we like, to ask whether the house is sold or not, but till now, she still haven't reply my messaged. EEEEKKKKK!!! I hate to wait. If she still havent replied by 11am, I will call her up and ask le... If not I will directly contact Joyce for the help liao.
updates: The house we like had been sold. Sat there will one house viewing at 2pm for blk 688c. It is at the 3rd level.
**********I hate working here. There are so many backstabbers outside my department. I was just out of good-willed to help his staff with her thing, yet he is there to complain me to my boss. He is damn idoit. Ask him to do his work lah . He also so free what. Nothing to do can walk here walk there complained. Shit him. Today supposed to be a happy day. But it was totally spoilt by that stupid idoit.

A total start of a new month and new week. There is load of works to be done. Last friday, I just gotten my pay. But I got my pay without payslip. Yesterday, I just gotten my payslip and increment letter. It is not what I expected of course. Other can increase so much while me, I do so much yet increase such amount. Haizzzz.
I don't want to talk about those sad things already.
Last Saturday, me and hubby zhu went to Tampines Ikea, Courts and Giant. Although outside seems like the buildings looked big, but when you go in, it was so small. Not as big as what you think. We went there to see some furniture for our imaginary new house, but we can't find anything. At least we decide on the orthorest mattress. It must be soft de.
    14 more days the PR result should be out already. Hope we can get it on time and then we can start planning with our house le. Then he can convert his licence too. On the 14th September 2008, it is the chinese 8th month 15th. Lantern Festival. This year will be celebrating with husband instead of boyfriend. This is the 2 years lantern festive we will be celebrating together. **********Yesterday, hubby zhu and his friend went over to JPJ @ JB to take his documents on the conversion of licence, but on Sunday 31st August 2008, was Malaysia national day and they off till wednesday then resume work. Life is good there. After work, hubby zhu came to my work place and have dinner with me. I was in a bad mood and he was there to cheer me up. He had to work OT for 4 days.
