Whoooo~!~!~!~! Its friday already!!! But now to me, everyday is friday!!

A piece of news to share, I have finally do something which I have been afriad of doing for the past 5 years. I gathered all my guts to do it.

I HAVE FINALLY AND EVENTUALLY RESIGN!!!

Actually i have tendered on the first day of work after maternity leave. But i took back the letter. On 23 Feb 2012, I harden my heart and tendered on more time. At first I have lots of dont bear, but recalling on how they actually treat me for the past 5 years, my heart turned cold. They also very fast give me the letter of acceptance.

My last working day will be on 11 may 2012 with BBDC. I will be starting my leave on 26 April 2012 till 10 may 2012.

SM and GM had talk to me and asked me to withdraw. I was thinking that if they could increase my pay then i will stay. GM said will increase in july increment and not affect my bonus this year. At first i was convinced by that, but when i heard that they will adjust all the diploma people, my heart got colder. Meaning that everyone in the company will get adjusted and it is still the same gap range.

I see no point of staying where i have better offer outside.

Now, i need to work harder for the new job to have better pay and secure the job. Hopefully everything will go smooth :)

I WILL BE ABLE TO SURVIVE IN THE SEA WELL!!! POND IS WAY TO SMALL FOR A GROWN UP FISH LIKE ME!!!!

Thanks to those friends who actually encouraged me into it. Thanks my hubby and parents for supporting my decision!! LOVES YOU ALL!!!

chevelle is already 4 month and 13 days now and i still have not posted on how she had came to join our little family. So today, I will be recalling and drafting the memories here. Hopefully in 18 years time, both angus and chevelle will have the chance to read it.

On sunday(30 October 2011), chevelle kicks and movements started to decrease enormously. When I touched my tummy, she dont move as usual. I began to get worried and told my mummy and hubby about it. They told me I have to tell my doctor on the next appointment which was the next day.

On monday(31 October 2011), I went to the clinic for the appointment at night. Told the doctor about the decrease in movements, doctor asked me to go down to the hospital to induce.

Went back home with hubby leaving angus with mummy and daddy. We packed and prepared. At around 11pm, hubby drove me to Thomson Medical Centre. Went straight to the delivery room and hubby went to do the registration while I was put on the strip to listen to baby heartbeat.

after 2 hours of lying down, my back was so aching. I was transfered to the normal room and waited for morning to start the induction.

Soon, at 6am, i was put on drip. at about 7plus, contractions started to visit me. at first it was not so painful and still bearable. at 9 plus, Doctor wong came and he commented that baby's heartbeat was normal, shouldnt have movements decrease. He checked and i was only dilute 2cm. he broke the waterbag and left. this was the time when the contraction started to become unbearable. i bit hubby's hand whenever there was contraction. i started to scream that i wanted to go for c-sect and go home. then a nurse came in to ask whether i want epdiural. but i rejected. 10am, nurse came in and checked and i still not dilute. nurse said, "if you never relax cervix will never open". so in the end, i signed for the epidural.

the doctor came in very fast. asked me to bend like a prawn and then injected into my spine. i thought the numbness would came in fast. but i was still very in pain. few minutes past, the pain was still there. i asked hubby to call the doctor to increase the dose. but they said the dose they gave me was already alot. but i still feel the pain.

10 minutes later, i was push into the delivery suite to wait for doctor wong. while waiting, i was still in pain. then suddenly, i have the urge to push. the nurse ask me not to push yet. so i tried to control myself. just right before doctor wong came in, the nurse and hubby saw baby's head.

without much time, chevelle was being push out. but as the head was visible to everyone, doctor wong, saw the cord had tied 2 round at chevelle's neck and one round at her hand. he did not ask hubby to cut the cord this time round. he even asked the nurse not to touch. then he said, "now i know why her movement had decrease so much".

he slowly untied the cord and cut it. by the time chevelle was put on my chest, i saw that she was purple in color. I was so scared. I cried when i carried her on my arms.

This is how she came to the world.
